Cancellation Policy

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Reservation Requirement: In order to secure your appointment, we kindly request that all clients provide a credit card for bookings.

  2. Notice Period: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  3. Cancellation Charges:

    • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the services booked for that day.
    • No-shows will be subject to a full 100% charge of the services booked.
Last minute cancellations leave gaps in our stylists’ schedules that are difficult to fill. Your cooperation with this policy ensures that we can continue to provide excellent service to all our clients.
